Hot Mess is a family-friendly working art studio. We are locally owned and love meeting new friends everyday!

Our Medium

Hot Mess Studios in Wilmington has it all...we love all forms of art and just can't decide which is our favorite. Come enjoy & explore in our studio, we have Pottery, Canvas & Glass Painting, Clay & Potters Wheels, Mosaics, Bottle & Glass Slumping, Camps, Classes and daily Open Studio!

Our Inspiration

Hot Mess is inspired by this amazing community we are proud to call our home. You will find us at local fundraising events, schools & local venues. We love to get around town, bringing creativity, joy & happiness everywhere we go

Hours

Please Note

Hot Mess may close 1 hr. early if no painters are present. We do not seat painters within 1 hr. of closing time. Please call ahead for pick ups if you are coming within 1 hr. of closing

Special Reservations

Sip & Spin or Sip & Paint reservations will fall outside of our regular studio hours. For weeknight private/holiday/team building parties etc. we will open for a special reservation with 10+ people at $25/pp pre-paid projects.

Hot Mess is OPEN for Walk Ins! We have Pottery, Canvas, Wood, Clay, Mosaic, Wine Glass painting, Glass frit design & More.

THURS 11-6* (Ladies Night w/reservations til 9)
FRI: 11-6* (Late Paint w/reservations til 9)
SAT: 11-6*
SUN: 1-5*
